That fault is from the power supply that is not delivering enough voltage, try to locate the chassis number .... greetings.

Hello: I leave this scheme and see if it is what you need, or something similar ... x what you see, the photo lacks tension in the + b ... change the source capacitors those of 220mfx160v or those of 100mfx160 q, be in the line of the + b ... the voltage in the + b in this scheme is 110v ... check that ... comment if it was useful ... greetings!

Change the filters of + by better. I apologize that I cannot tell you which capacitor is broken, since the capacitator was lost and I have no way of identifying the filter or filters that were damaged. What I can assure you was dry, since none was swollen.
This printed circuit has 3 potentiometer that controls the vertical and horizontal. With these I was able to improve the image.

I look at the source of your plate coinsiden the components with the scheme ... change the filters of 220mfx160v ... the voltage on the line capacitor in the primary also drops ...
