When you turned on the TV, check your flyback, did you not see any spark or high voltage leak ?. I had a TV that passed me a fault similar to that described and connected an HT with long cables and I mounted it with the light bulb protection and in a matter of seconds I visualized a flyback leak that burned the HT.

search horizontally for 1 or 2 electrolytic capacitors (usually one of 2.2uF 160v or two of 1uF 160 volt, change them). As a precaution check high frequency diode and welding (all, including deflection yoke connector) comments. salu-2 !!!

ok, eventually you could assume that the source was damaged because the voltage was raised, it could be due to causes external to the TV or because capacitors were devalued in the hot or hot part, or inside the source, check and also verify the control part of regulation that takes the references to the optocoupler

[i] First make sure that the + B (115V) is not exceeded. If so, then check the source that is not devalued (dry) C847: 1uF / 160V, you find it associated with the programmable zener IC807: AZ431.
