Tonomac TO2023 with problems in image stability

Good afternoon, dear colleagues. After quite some time I am again (due to lack of work) going to his valuable help to solve the problem of this TV that makes a strange failure. The tv arrived at the workshop with power problems. Only the standbay pilot lit up. Solve that problem and the image appeared with good brightness, contrast, etc. but it turns out he did not stay in a single channel. It passed and passed as if it was changing channels permanently. It only stays on one channel when I press the menu. The OSD appears and while this is the TV works · "normal". It seemed obvious that the front panel switches had a problem, so I tried to test them and I didn't find any problems, they work perfectly, no resistors are noticeable. I also tried the filters and all ok. So I am at a crossroads because I don't know what else to try. I could not change the memory because it is superficial, and I have neither the recorder nor the memory. Has anyone had the same problem? How did they solve it? Can you confirm if it can be memory? I listen to the suggestions you can give me. Thank you very much for your valuable time. Best regards

Hello colleague, you say you checked the switches and that they are fine, but did you try to take them all off the board to see if the problem continued?

Good afternoon: The fault is this? When changing channels, do you see the OSD changing, for example 2/3/4/5/6/7/8 channels, Etc always showing the same TV signal? If that were the case, that could be the tuner's failure, or the data BUS (DATA, CLOCK). I don't know, check that these tracks are in good condition, check that the tuner reaches the voltages, 33 volts for example ... Etc .

Hi neg2013, thanks for taking the time to respond to my help request. As for your question I tell you: It is not stuck in a channel while changing the numbers in the OSD. If you read my post well you will see that I say that it changes the channels as if it was changing the channel permanently.Pressing a key, either from the remote control or on the TV panel. That is, change the number and the channel. I hope I have made myself understood. Thanks again.
Dj G thanks for your suggestion ..

I think the obvious wn answer is not the button is the line that carries the pulse signal I must reach the jungle this must be constantly at 5 volts or near it is possible that the zener that carries this line that is 9 volts is damaged and grounded the voltage is that a button is pressed, this happened to me in a sony, it killed me 2 days to realize this because the zener marked me good but when changing it bimgo the voltage of the push buttons no longer fell and they no longer changed the canals alone

Hello my colleagues from the forum. The solution of this TV was to change a resistor that goes in series with the + B power of the video amplifiers. FR901 (In the tube insert). Reviewing the data in the paper diagram I have found this solution. When that R is altered that intermittency occurs in the image. But the change of channels was due to a false contact on the main board. Micro sector Thank you for your valuable suggestions. and for your valuable time. A hug
