Dear colleague joansoler, it is a pleasure to work with people as qualified and observant as you and the colleagues who assist me, seeing the background of my fault where this TV was previously reviewed by another person and reading your contribution immediately I could verify that indeed the cable of The audio card where the RCA side connectors are installed was installed in the interface port on the side of the tuner, when the speaker cable was correctly connected, the tuned channel and the complete image were left at the top of the screen, leaving only the fault audio
I was measuring the voltages of the AN7522N audio ic and I only have 12 volts on pin 1, the rest of the voltages, most of the pins mark 0 volts and the occasional mark 3.3 volts
Try to connect a dvd to see if there was audio but when placing A / V I only see the SVHS input, enter the service mode but I don't know what is the value that I must modify so that the A / V input appears, I also noticed that in the error code these numbers appear to me 5 0 6 10 2, will they have to do with the audio failure?

To clear or erase the error buffer (ERR) data, select the CLEAR item and then enter it. To activate AV select the OPTION item and enter it to set OP5 to a value of 204.
To save these changes, turn off the TV with the CR (Remote Control) and then disconnect from the power grid for 10 sec. After this time, connect the TV again to turn it on and check if you have saved these changes correctly.

I already set the value of OP5 to 204 and the A / V input is activated, put a dvd and I don't have audio for the external input, change the integrated audio and I still have no results, I will adjust the values in the memory according to the parameters of service that you are passing me OP1, OP2, OP3 ... etc
Colleague joansoler summarize, replaced the audio ic, probe with a dvd to cost if audio was output by external input, adjust the parameters in the eprom memory, I replaced the capacitor C2444; 470uF / 16V as I suggested and I still have no audio, now I ask there is an integrated behind the audio output, it is the AN5891K that I think has to do with the audio of the TV, someone knows if I am right and if I could have something What to do with the fault? How do I try this ic?
It is imperative that this AN7522N has between 3V and 5V on its 5: ST BY pin, and also between 0.2V and 1.2V on its 9: VOL pin.
Before suspecting the AN5891K, I suggest using a small amplifier to track the presence of signal on the inputs (pins 6 and 8), only in case you have to release pin 9 to see if you get audio on its output pins, in this condition the volume goes to the maximum.
Make sure the speakers are not defective and there is no interrupted printed track in this sector.
Greetings Aurelioes2014, thanks for resonating, you tell me to load the program to the eprom, just enter the service mode by typing with the remote, how do I do it? Now I think I have another chassis the same, my other question is if I could directly change the memory from one chassis to another?
Greetings aurelioes2014, I changed the eprom memory and the TV remained the same, which discards my assumption, but with the contribution of fellow joansoler where I said that I checked the connection of the audio cable helped the failure of the image clipping and the failure of I did not tune any channels were corrected, now the TV looks perfectly and keeps the values placed in the menu recorded but still with the audio failure, I will check the voltages in the integrated and I comment. In the same way all your suggestions are welcome ...
This is the second TV of this brand with audio failure and I have not been able to repair it in both cases, these devices are old and the owner does not want to invest much in it, with the approval of the client apply a practical solution because here in Venezuela the This TV's audio ic is somewhat expensive for some entondces with a pair of headphones. I got a point where I had an audible signal from the channel near the IC an5891k, install a headphone jack input and connect a computer remote control amplified cornets of the same client, no It is the solution of the fault but it works for the owner.
