Hello Friend. check the rectifier diodes and zener at the source. and change the small filters for new ones and if you have the tl431 change it, and solve the choper pins and there check the filters and diodes it may be leaking and the underrated filters then solve the flayback pins and check or change + by filter change the tsh. and solve the other cold welds you see on the plate and if there are inchated or bulging filters replace them and if after all this the tv. does not turn on do the test by desoldering the ic. vertical if there is no sign of anything do the same with the ic. audio Cheers
