Yes, it was that a few days ago there was the audio option on the menu, having no remote control they touched the buttons to search for the tv video option, until I bought the remote control and when I put the TV on it I didn't hear nor was the option on the menu , I will try .. thanks michas.

If so, it is effectively a deprogramming of the eeprom. The easiest thing is to change for a new one recorded with the data of that TV.

The technicians usually program the eeprom, but if you are not a technician you would have to get the eeprom recorded in a workshop, carrying all the data of that tv, brand, model and chassis number, and then just change it for the one with greetings.
