Hi. Check at the source. resistors, zener diodes and rectifiers, and replace all new small filters and the opto coupler with new ones. and if the tv. have the tl431 change it. then solve the choper and flayback pins, and there after the choper check the filters and diodes can be devalued or leaking diodes, and check the tsh. It may be short. and check the vertical stage. Cheers
