Hello colleague: according to the scheme that TV works with 130v of + b ... try changing the C725 of 220mf / 160v and C723 of 100mf / 160v ... if the prob persists, see the amplrf, error lc703 (SE130) if this in good condition ... also check the other source capacitors if they are in good condition ... the prob, of q, there is q, unplug the tv and then reconnect to the outlet so that, start again can come from two points ... or there is some overload in the equipment or some comp, in short and bring protection to lc701 (TEA 1533A) by cutting the oscillation and turning off the source ... or the R705 and R708 of 0.18ohm are altered its value ... if there is no short or overload in the secondary you can try welding a R of 0.22ohm in parallel with the R705 and R708 and see if it stays on ... this test only if there is no short in the hor stage, Check well first ... also check the C705 line capacitor of 580mf / 200v if it is in good condition ... greetings!

thanks for your help my problem was at the source the + b is very low csmbie filters and a diode. ready the TV started without problems the voltage of + b remains at 131 vdc. greetings and blessings.
