I read in some comments similar failures and one of them said to take the integrated regulator (STR30110) and measured it between pins 2,3 and 4, (pin 3 = IN .... pins 2 and 4 = out), I measured it with a digital multimeter on the diode scale and it measures me well , I have the doubt with pin 1 and 5, mark 3ko

Following the theme of this TV, I comment that I finished reviewing it deeply and found the fault for which the voltage was low (3.4v), it turned out to be the integrated 5v regulator IC103 (kia78l05bp -at) and the IC MICON 101 (OEC3039B) that are damaged (in short), I hope this serves something for other colleagues who have a TV with the same fault ... I will deliver it since I do not have the tool adequate to take it out .... Grateful to Brother NEG2013 for his collaboration and unconditional support ..... Until a new opportunity ......
