This fault is done by the oscillator whatever. so make sure you check if the relay clicks when you give the power order. if it does, measure the power source voltage (B + 100-110v, 12 v audio, 24 v vertical and so mark your diagram) you will most likely not find them.
Disconnect the flyback and bypass the relay swtch and see if voltages appear. the most possible is that no.
This indicates that the oscillator is no longer useful. see if you can still find it in the parts or recovery businesses;

Look. I managed to recover the osilator but now I throw red screen and lines like a notebook.

Scheme voltage is not reaching the filament net pin.
When disconnecting a resistor from the network line, the red screen is removed but the colors are not the same
What could it be?

Esque hise a bridge and accidentally produced short
From the cable that comes near the jungle to the filament.
