friend check the abl line. Change the video capacitor. check if you have the 180 and 9v on the screen raise the screen a little to see what happens

Check that the tensions are reaching the vertical IC (+13 on pin 2 and 6 and -13 on pin 4). If it reaches them then the vertical IC changes, otherwise check the diodes and capacitors of these voltages
