Try another tsh and check the tuning capacitors between tsh collector and emitter.
Thank you for answering friend franciscovalladares, I forgot to mention that I already tested with another horizontal transistor and also look for shorts in ceramic capacitors near the yoke and tsh without results
I told all the colleagues, I did the tests they recommended but I did not get results, fortunately I had an equal chassis whose fault is that it is protected and use this flyback to test and the TV turned on, which gives the first proposed solution of the correct Juanjo Cortes friend, I also appreciate all the contributions made by the other contributors. I close the post, greetings from Venezuela.
There you are going thumb up friend ... badly that you had a flyback to try .. it happens to me many times that I do not have some certain components to test and makes repair difficult .. a greeting from Argentina and guide me repairing
Regulator purpose I would like to know how I can test the STRF6654, what voltages should your pins measure under normal conditions and if I could test with a STRF6628 that I have available?
Pin 3 of that regulator should reach 27v. In some cases they do not reach you because a 27v zener diode comes in short or simply stops working. Measure that the 27 v are arriving if they do not arrive as surely as it is that that diode change it so measure well
