good night friends, I have this flat screen tv, when I uncover it I find that the horizontal output transistor is missing, according to the diagram it has the jaf6810 but it does not say if the transistor has damper diode, how can I know if it is j6810 or j6810d ?

Hello, the chassis carries the diodes D402-403 ?, If so, the D403 is the damper so the transistor does not have it.

Good evening: The J6810 transistor does not carry a damper diode, I think these transistors are relatively new, these are handled at higher speeds, so I think the only replacement is the same transistor, or you can search for transistors used by PC monitors which work at higher frequencies. The J6810D, if this carries damper diode, and emitter base resistance, it must be taken into account that they have commercially counterfeit circulators.
