Upon receiving the device, the client describes that the TV was turning on after many times of pressing power on and that after and it didn't turn on, I did the basic tests and everything seems fine, I heat the IC600 (MCZ3001D) and the TV turns on perfectly so I deduce that the integrated one is defective and I proceed to change the IC600 and the related electrolytic capacitors and now the TV does not turn on, when connecting it to the 120 AC network, the LED does not turn on, when giving the power order the LED flashes twice in sequences of three flashes and then it remains blinking indefinitely, if I press power again the LED flashes indefinitely in sequences of two flashes, if I press again, power repeats the same thing, I already checked everything again and I did not find alteration in the elements and Voltages are present, please, can you give me some suggestion where to go.
