Greeting colleagues, I have in the workshop a Samsung TV model Cl21N11MJ Chassis KS9A. The flaw that presents is that there is neither image nor audio, only the screen with strip with the basic colors (blue, Green, Red) is seen.
Change the vertical La78041, change Yugo, Junga and memory, since the voltages are correct in all the stages of TV.
Also place a screen as proof and present the same fault.

Hello Friend. the elements that make that fault is the socket when it is sulfated inside, the ptc. and the ic. vertical when not going volt. in the gnd. Check the filters that are related to the ic.vertical or change it, it may be that the one you placed is bad and check the other elements mentioned above. Cheers

Manolo achieved thanks to your indications the diode D301 that feeds the vertical -16.5volt with leakage.
I already managed to remove the image from the colors.
But I still don't have video or audio, I have a white screen with a delay line.
Check the tuner voltage 4.76volt and Agc 4.5volt.

friend. check the abl line there you can find some resistance undervalued or I shrink that line comes out of a flayback pin
