Pin3 says + b I have 87v pin4 does not say voltage and I measure 87v pin5 says that they are 24v and I measure 0v pin6 0v pin7 0v pin8 9v pin9 0v pin10 0v .. those measurements are ice with the negative tip on the negative of the main filter .. and another thing when I turn it on on pin 9 and 10 of the flyback it flickers

I want to clarify .. That the flyback terminals.
