It uses a micro Jugla TDA11115PS \ N3 \ AN9 and I don't know how to test its voltages because I don't have the datasheet of the TV or the Micro Jungle.

The AGC voltage is missing. DESOLD well that pin that is not printed. measure in the latter if the voltage appears 5v or so. If bad tuner appears. If it does not appear follow the circuit to see where it is lost. If it is generating it. Check welds and printed. You can power that tuner pin with 5v and see results.
