This TV arrived with the compressed and wavy image. Voltages on the vertical ic were verified and correct, the integrated circuit and electrolytic capacitors were changed and the fault persists. I would appreciate if you can guide me where to look attached image

You have 2 options, the first change the yoke or the second locate and repair the wire where it is cut by rust, the winding should measure approximately 8 to 12 ohm and 16 to 24 ohm per side of the winding
