The veritcal area was checked and two dry condensers were found but the fault continues.
I have not performed voltage measurements, because it was a TV that I went to check in the client's house, I cut it to check it in the workshop

Take the voltages on pin 2 and 6 also measure the voltage of + b and comment the results

That voltage on pin 2 and 6 should be around 24 volts. Check the components in that line of vcc especially the capacitors and the zener DZ301 that sets that voltage the D303 must be damaged

Fixed a 1N4006 diode, which reaches pin No. 6 of the Vertical IC 78141, even if it mediates well, the voltage did not pass.
