Friend but I think that has nothing to do with whether or not the source delivered the voltage of + b, because I have the concern if the source is blocked by that type of protection.
I suppose that to detect failures in the circuit ik the tv must at least start and then protect itself or not is the case in this type of tv.
The truth has me a little disconcerted since I have reviewed several things and the TV can not start or the source give the voltage of + b
Thank you for your guidance friend "Juangel"
well we will thicken by measuring voltages, start measuring the primary side measures voltages in the bridge diode, in the main capacitor.
Then measure voltages of the secondary side the most important the + b how much you have in stand-by and how much when giving the ignition order, if you have normal voltages in stand-by, on the secondary side and without variations it means that the primary is well Now if you don't have voltages it means that you have problems on the primary side, check that and comment ...
The primary is all ok, I checked voltage, diodes resistors and changed some filters near mcz300 but in the secondary part there is no voltage and when pressing power there is no variation even momentarily, so my concern if it is for some protection of the tv that uninhabits the source.
Another thing is that neither the diagram shows any specification of the voltage that the mcz3001d must have on the vcc pins
