Very good afternoon friends of the forum I have this TV on my desk which the client told me that I had it working in one morning then I turned it off and at sunset the TV did not want to turn it on anymore he told me that after two hours the TV He turned on but with the white screen and with delay lines I went to the review and the first thing I did was to discard cold welds and nothing. adjust the screen and what it does is darken the screen and turn orange when climbing, another thing that I saw on the tv when connecting the antenna and I give you to change the channels NO AUDIO also I have increased the volume and changed the channel without any result what I see is that it has the lines on the screen I just tried all that with another screen, change all the secondary filters and without success the TRC card voltage is present as well as the multiregulator voltages are present the strange thing is I have to give the power button several times so that the TV turns off not all the time it does and I have to disconnect to turn it off and when connecting to the mains it turns on automatically I would like to know if anyone of you has encountered a similar fault would appreciate and give me some clue or suggestion to solve this problem GREETINGS TO ALL!

Comment on all the tensions you measured. KR- KG- KB
ABL TENSIONS of the tuner.

The Voltages are present KR-185v KG-185v KB-185v and there is a high Voltage of 650 Vol. I don't know if it were ABL. The Tuner Voltages are 33 Vol and 5 vol.

Do you also have those 185v in the diode at the flyback exit?
Reduce the scrin to 400v. ABL controls the entire circuit. Review welds.
You need one more tension in the tuner. 33v and 5v (that of AGC)?

The defect is repeated by the auxiliary AV inputs? What voltage do you get at the 180v / 200v source that feeds the RGB color amplifier circuit. Change the filter of that source (180v / 200v) Check the good condition of the components in the ABL line on their way to the respective pins of the jungle IC . Not yet connected by AV and the RGB voltages are 1.5v each I will check the components of the path you tell me then I will be responding

Hello Friend. In addition to what they tell you, change the 22ufx 250volt filter. Or it can be 10ufx250volt. if it doesn't work change the eprom. for a new one that is of the same number and recorded with the micro data. Cheers

If you don't have audio or video. For both inputs that is antenna and DVD and does not show OSD it may be micro bad.

How are you doing with the repair.
If you have doubts about memory. Remove it and place Socket and pin a virgin or other equal plate.
Review welds well. Check that the printed or cut. Measure the tensions that feed the micro jungle.
