Hello Friend. the elements that make that fault is the ic. vertical you have to change it for another and change the filters that are associated with that ic. vertical if the fault persists change the ptc. It is like a little black box that is there where the mangnetizer cable was connected. and the other is the socket when it is sulfated inside but most likely it is the vertical and the ptc. Cheers

Apparently the ptc is wrong, it was disassembled and the internal contacts were made towards the discs of some material that have internally turned one of the discs to improve the contact and will be cold, it marks me 21ohm between pin 2 and 3 of the ptc of three legs. Now I ask, do I try the TV with the repaired ptc?
