The only replacement is to place another of the same value. Sure it goes to the source of some TV. any pin 1.2-1.5 - 2.3 -3.3 -4.7 ohm from 5w to 10w. Now if that R was burned or open. You must have other damaged components. Place 200w focus on the SERIAL power input or put it where the fuse goes. Withdrawn the same clear. If it turns on to the maximum and remains, it remains short. If it is a TV, remove the PTC. That way you don't get the most out of it.

Thanks especially to Luis Tartaglia, if in fact it had already been changing the integrated source and some resistors and transistors around the integrated source that were burned, and perhaps it was only left to change that R of 7w x 2.7 ohms

If you do not find the appropriate value in power and ohmiaje, you can place some of greater power and a higher or lower near value of ohmiaje. Or conditioning a couple of them in serial or parallel connection respecting the power, always placing equal or greater power than required.

I agree with colleague Javier, why not combine resistance until you find the right value? Of course, the ideal would be the direct substitution for it.

The resistor is connected in series with the bridge rectifier. If so, it is true that you should have a cut in the source check the mosfet or power transistor of the tv

If you did not get it for some circumstance you could put 4 of 10 in parallel to two wats each that is a more common value, and with the tolerances and such insurance that you get a fairly approximate value, but I do not know if it has room for that billet
