Good morning friends today I turn to the wisdom and experience of you to repair samsung trc tv model CL21K3W with KS1B chassis, when they brought it to me I was totally dead with regulator (5q12656) in short I changed it, but I do not start it presents fallen voltages, these are the measurements you take stand by (LED does not turn on) + b = 51.9v source 11.5v = (unstable from 2.3 to 2.7v) source 13.5v = (unstable from 3.9 to 4.2v) pin 1 multiregulator = (unstable from 2.3 to 2.5v) multiregulator pin 2 = (unstable 2.2 to 2.7v) multiregulator pin 3 = (31.2mv) multiregulator pin 4 = 1.3v multiregulator pin 5 = 0v multiregulator pin 6 = -31mv multiregulator pin 7 = (unstable 2.1 to 2.3v) multiregulator pin 8 = (unstable 1.4 to 1.6v) multiregulator pin 9 = (unstable 1.0 to 1.4v) feeds micro pin 56 with 3.3v voltage multiregulator pin 10 = (unstable 1.2 to 1.6v) pin 8 eprom memory = (unstable 2.1 to 2.3v) horizontal = 51.9v changed items 5q12656 regulator replace with 5q1265rt by not getting the original multi-regulator ka7632 optocoupler primary and secondary source filtering NOTE; when disconnecting the base of the power line Q603 the voltages rise so + b = 89.6v multi-regulator pin 1 and 2 = 6.4v and 7.8v eprom = 4.5v source 11.5v = 7.8v source 13.5v = 9.3v micro pin 56vddc = 3.2v power on this situation (with base pin q603 disconnected the voltages of + b fall to 0 I appreciate any help you can give me

Disconnect the B + from the flay and test if the voltages at the source are good, sometimes overconsumption by a damaged flay throws you all to shit and so you can rule out if the problem is the source or not

good morning sir luis disconnect the three sources of the secondary and I could notice a slight fluctuation in the primary filter of the primary (167 to 169v) and observing is practically the same fluctuation of pin 3 of the regulator more or less 3v

comment more tendons of the source regulator. Pin 1 - 3- 5.
If the original regulator was burned for sure you have some zener in the furious evil.
Change for safety no matter how well you measure.

pin 1 = 165v
pin 2 = 10 to 12 v oscillating
pin 5 = 87 to 90mv oscillating
I had forgotten to comment that when replacing regulator also replace zener and electrolytic
I went back to measuring everything in the pin circuits that it tells me to review and everything is ok.
replace 27v zener dz802 diode only by discarding because it mediates well and electrolytic c804 from 33 micros at 50v but there was no stabilization

Pin 2 is mass. Surely you got confused.
Unlink one by one the source outputs and the flyback pin where the + b should arrive

Connect all outputs as they were minus the flyback pin. And place in the + b a focus of 75w to 100w. And measure.
Change the TL431

+ b = 60v stable
12.5v source = 5.7v stable
stable 13.5v = 7.2v source
primary filter primary source = 152v stable
pin 1 regulator = 151.9v stable
pin 3 regulator = 10.2v stable
pin 5 regulator = 1.7v stable

If it does not heat anything, remove the series where you connect the TV and leave the + b to control the voltages again and see if they do not heat components such as TSH - flyback - vertical. If it is warm and tensions well direct test.
How much is the focus that you put both at the entrance and in series on the + b?
