Hello Friends of the community, I am reviewing a LG CP-20J20MC tv that does not turn on, only stanby's red led. B + = 112.8v; H OUT = 0.01v; H VCC = 0v. and following the route from the T801 transformer that gives the 13v and that reaches the jungle TB1238BN in 9v to the HVCC pin; I ran into the IC804 KA78R12 which in its IN input gave almost 13v and in its OUT output measured 0v. But by isolating OUT and SW (pin 2y4) from the board, the reading at OUT = 11.84v and SW = 4.48v which shows me that the IC804 is not damaged .... I think. Could someone help me with some information to repair this tv ... thank you very much ... regards

The starting pulse reaches the IC804 from the microprocessor, if that voltage does not arrive, it is possible that the microprocessor is not working or its working conditions are not present.

Friend Javier, in the EEPROM the 5v are present, in RESET there are also 5v and in the push buttons there are between 4v and 5v with the exception of ch- (2.12v) and vol + (3.12v). I can't measure the glass with my tester, I need one that measures frequency ... I'll see how to get one. In the jungle the 9v does not reach the HVDC nor does the H OUT voltage.
