Good evening, these chassis are really complicated to repair sometimes, especially in the vertical stage, but if it is a SLIM TV, you must always renew the electrolytic capacitors of this stage. And well in addition to these ICs are often counterfeit, or very low quality, this with good luck. Only two wires should go to the YUGO, there is nothing going to the ground that I know of, two are for the Horizontal (RED / BLUE) Vertical (GREEN / YELLOW)

A white wire, no idea what it means, besides it says that it is earth ... The TRC does have to have a yes or yes connection to ground, but the color seems to me to be always black, well but it is not a rule for Chinese chassis it seems to me .... In one of those if you detail the repair by uploading some photos of what you are doing ...

It will be that it refers to the yoke wires, in the Chinese it uses the colors Red, Blue, White and Black.

Therefore, the "Chinese" do not follow the rules to which we are accustomed, but it says more land is confusing that detailing of things, so ask for some photos, good if possible ..

sorry the cable was black that goes to the wire that goes to the cross screen from corner to corner, when I arm it again I burn the diode vd564 that reaches the shopper transformer -13v and the ic measures me short the question is that it would not harm other component

What rare events with the diodes I am seeing, and well there goes the same question again, what is the license plate of the diode you are using as a replacement?

Possibly when turning on that black wire sparkled with the diode as you say, it is obvious that the Vertical IC has burned you, if you see my contribution I leave you some indications of what to do, you have not commented on results

If those TVs raise a certain temperature for being Slim, not so much at what burns, normal, what integrated did you ride? LA78045 is recommended

Ok, well as you wrote that you mounted a replacement I thought you had mounted a different one, that chassis uses the LA78040 from 14 to 21 inches, and the LA78045 if it is more inches ...

First take out the integrated and replace that diode, turn on the TV and check that you have + 15v in terminal 2 and 6, and -15v in terminal 4, check the status of VD401, one of the reasons why you are burning VD564 is that you are not insulating the heatsink well and it is making ground contact and that makes you short on the condenser, so check the good condition of the mica and the insulator that goes on the screw.
