Measure the voltage again because pin 2 must have power. And pin 4 is mass. That is 0v.
On the board it tells you chassis number. Look it up. Look at the side of the flyback or side welds
Then confirm if the diagram corresponds or not to the tv. Or what jungle it carries.
If it is LA 7634 and another.
Follow the form from the audio output or pin 6 and see where it is cut. It controls printed welds that are not cut and components up to pin 3 of the audio IC.
Or desolda this last pin that is not in print and you see if you have audio in the print. What are you controlling to know if it has audio.
And is pin 3 of the audio IC desoldered?
Surely you have a cell phone with a headset, you can place an audio signal directly pin 3 soldered one end of C 601. Is it safe C 601 or is C 602?
