Hello Friend. before making the change of the ic. la78040b. you have to change for new ones even if they measure all the filters that are related to the ic. vertical, and change although the diode is good, which feeds the ic. vertical, if the fault persists, check the resistors that feed the diode whether they are fed by the choper or by the flayback.
