I have doubt with the Q102 which, when removed and measured between base and emitter, measures me resistance

If 105v you are measuring it in the filter that is after the diode bridge. Yes, that's wrong. Or your tester marks badly. There must be more than 150v. Now if it is in the + b filter of 47uf at 220uf x 160v at 220v this birn may be. You should mention the location of said capacitor so as not to confuse.

It is the fat filter of the source

Change the filter or measure with another tester. And you get out of all doubt

Hello friend ... For a TV to turn on you have to have + by horizontal frequency ... how much is the + b in stanby and to give it on try to turn on there you ask to measure the horizontal frequency at the base ths. the one with + b?

in the fat filter

What voltage do you get in + B, both in STAND BY and on the ON order? What voltage do you get in the collector of the horizontal DRIVER transistor in both STAND BY and the ON command?

Comment if the relay closes when you give the power order.

if it closes, I have 105 in the fat filter also in the B plus, in the collector of the hz output driver I have 92 in stand by
and when I give power the voltage drops to a volt

I think it's a fake because it turned me on, but now I don't look for it anymore

With washing and seeding in the jungle you do NOT get the 105v in the main filter to increase. According to your comment. is not the solution for me. Too bad that colleagues accept what as a solution.
