I just opened it and download the file is in RAR format, and if it is with a cell phone that format does not open it.
If the TV is out of linearity ((stretched) and has already made a thorough review and respective changes of components, all you have to do is enter the service menu and readjust the appropriate parameters vertical amplitude or linearity
