The marking is a capacitor (2564) and is 47uf (micro farads) and the other a coil (5563) of 27uH (micro henry). The resistance (3582) is 330k ohm = 330,000 ohm.

The capacitor marks you open when measured in ohms and the coil marks zero ohms. If the capacitor marks you some value of ohms that stays fixed, then it is not good. If the coil marks you open or many ohms (1000 or more). Not good.
