Hi, I have a conventional Sony Triniton TV KV-21SE42 / 6 that does not turn on, I give the power button and it does nothing, check and there is no voltage to the main filter and neither does voltage reach the relays to be able to send the current to the main filter to turn on, what will be the problem? Check that the 7.5v STAND BY source is generating its Working Voltage, since from that voltage the IC002 is fed to stabilize the 5v and the RESET voltage to deliver these voltages to the microprocessor and EEPROM. If these voltages are not present, the ON order will not be activated. If the 7.5v voltage is not found, avoid checking the primary of that source: check the. Q607 Q608 and work components in the primary stage of said source.

What voltage do you get on pin6 (Relay) in both STBY and ON

On pin27 you should measure 5v that comes from pin8 of IC 002,
That voltage drop would indicate internal damage to the microprocessor.
Release pin 27 of its connection track in the circuit and verify if the voltage is restored can also lift a pin of the L002 coil for testing
