Hi, I have a conventional Sony Triniton TV KV-21SE42 / 6 that does not turn on, I give the power button and it does nothing, check and there is no voltage to the main filter and neither does voltage reach the relays to be able to send the current to the main filter to turn on, what will be the problem? Here is the diagram:

take out the ic 601 to test it, put the diode scale tester and put the black tester cable on leg number 3 of the IC and the red wire on leg number 2 of the IC and give me a reading of 52.3, it means that this bad? I put the cables in vice versa and it doesn't read me

Check that the 7.5v STAND BY source is generating its Working Voltage, since from that voltage the IC002 is fed to stabilize the 5v and the RESET voltage to deliver these voltages to the microprocessor and EEPROM.
If these voltages are not present, the ON order will not be activated.
If the 7.5v voltage is not found, avoid checking the primary of that source: check the. Q607 Q608 and work components in the primary stage of said source.

I unplugged the card from the power and reconnected it, re-measured the IC002 and is now giving 7.5v

I was measuring badly, I was putting the black wire to the ground of the TV screen, I put it as you said and now if I am measuring well, the IC002 is entering 7.70 and is coming out 5v but the relays are not activated

In the IC001 measure:
What voltage do you get on pin14 (Power IN) in both STBY and ON
What voltage do you get on pin6 (Relay) in both STBY and ON
What voltage is obtained on pin35 (Key) both STBY and ON

PIN 14 gives me 2.70v
PIN 6 gives me 4v
PIN 35 gives me 2.56v
I hit the button to get the voltage both in standby and on but not doing anything

seeing the diagram says that pin 14 should give me 4.9v but it gives me 2.70
in pin 6 I would have to give 1v but it gives me 4v
on pin 35 I would have to give 0v and it gives me 2.56v

On pin27 you should measure 5v that comes from pin8 of IC 002,
That voltage drop would indicate internal damage to the microprocessor.
Release pin 27 of its connection track in the circuit and verify if the voltage is restored can also lift a pin of the L002 coil for testing
