take out the ic 601 to test it, put the diode scale tester and put the black tester cable on leg number 3 of the IC and the red wire on leg number 2 of the IC and give me a reading of 52.3, it means that this bad? I put the cables in vice versa and it doesn't read me
I unplugged the card from the power and reconnected it, re-measured the IC002 and is now giving 7.5v
It does not activate the relay when giving the command of on, and I reconnected to the current to measure the IC002 and again it gives me high voltage is giving me 14v what could be causing that? sometimes when I disconnect it and connect it it gives me 7.5v and other times it gives 14v
It does not comment if it regulates the 5v and RESET voltages of IC002.
If this IC is open when not having load, the 7.5v source is increased
Could you tell me how you can measure the tension of the IC? I don't know very well how it is
Instrument in VDC or VDD range.
Black tip to Metal housing of the channel tuner.
Red tip to the points to be measured
I was measuring badly, I was putting the black wire to the ground of the TV screen, I put it as you said and now if I am measuring well, the IC002 is entering 7.70 and is coming out 5v but the relays are not activated
Sorry but how do I measure the reset voltage?
This is the IC pin readings
INPUT PINS
1 - 7.70v
2 - GND
3 - 5.48v
4 - GND
OUTPUT PINS
5 - GND
6 - 3.84v
7 - GND
8 - 5v
In the IC001 measure:
What voltage do you get on pin14 (Power IN) in both STBY and ON
What voltage do you get on pin6 (Relay) in both STBY and ON
What voltage is obtained on pin35 (Key) both STBY and ON
PIN 14 gives me 2.70v
PIN 6 gives me 4v
PIN 35 gives me 2.56v
I hit the button to get the voltage both in standby and on but not doing anything
seeing the diagram says that pin 14 should give me 4.9v but it gives me 2.70
in pin 6 I would have to give 1v but it gives me 4v
on pin 35 I would have to give 0v and it gives me 2.56v
On pin27 you should measure 5v that comes from pin8 of IC 002,
That voltage drop would indicate internal damage to the microprocessor.
Release pin 27 of its connection track in the circuit and verify if the voltage is restored can also lift a pin of the L002 coil for testing
Yes ..... If the 5v voltage is maintained and if the RELAYs are activated to the ON order
Now if the ralay are activated and it makes a sound as if it were trying to turn on but it can't, there is a capacitor that I have to change but I don't get it at the best once I change it I would turn it on, the capacitor is the C646
Of course, thank you very much, I imagine that when you change the C646 it starts right?
If it is devalued or reheated it must be changed. Maybe that is the solution.
More tests:
What voltage does the DRIVER Horizontal transistor collector obtain in both STAND BY and ON
I am going to change the capacitor if the problem still persists, the safest thing is to make another post or continue with this thank you very much for your help
