Tv LG ultra slim ptc burning fuse

Colleagues greetings. I got this ultra slim 21 "lg tv came without the ptc. The problem was that it did not turn on so I fixed it, but I wanted to put the ptc and it turns out that it burns the fuse and without the ptc it turns on and works well. I would like to know if someone has solved some similar problem in this tv model. The chassis is the cw18b. Thank you very much in advance.

Dude do you mean the coil that goes on the screen? I measured and measured 16.3 ohms.
I must clarify that without being connected the demagnetizing coil burns the fuses


