Salute, I have a lg tv model 21fc2rl chassis mc-0059a which does not reach me voltage in + b, in the main capacitor it reaches 172 volts, but it does not reach me at + b. Check the entire stage of the cold source and everything is ok. I require if someone has the diagram and some suggestions.

First, release the + B line, you can desolder the FR403 and turn on the device and see if this turns on the stanby led, if nothing happens that the primary part of the source is dead, it will be necessary to check if the integrated part of the primary part of the source is reaching 172 vdc, if you check the components around if everything is OK to change the integrated STRW6753 may be damaged.

The regulator was broken, the + b has arrived, but it does not turn on the TV. Measuring the voltage + B gives me 110volt, but it reduces the voltage in seconds and fails to turn on. I proceeded to perform the test with the 60w bulb removing the ths and it turns on perfect and the voltage is 99.5 volt. But when connecting ths it goes to ground at voltage, as I can test to see if it is the flaybac.

Do the test before the fly back, so you can find out if the flyy back is the problem, you can place the focus on the line + b by removing the FR403 or you will connect it where you removed the resistance mentioned in its pin that goes to the source you place the focus and see if the 110 vdc is maintained.
