Hi. This tv is old. Measure the TSH D1877 if it is not short.
Can you turn on the ST LED?
EYE that only + b is measured on the fltback pins. Or if it is in ST, it is also measured in the C (TSH collector) which would be the + by in the 180v chroma. Those 3 points form the primary of the flyback. The other pins are secondary. And you will only have tension if the horizontal oscillates. And they are measured at the cathodes of the rectifying diodes, NOT before. ALSO on the flyback pins.

Adi must measure. But if the TV gets to oscillate those 90v will be in high frequency and it may break the tester. Reason I already told you, Mr measured after the diode. That is in its cathode. The tv doesn't rock him.
