Is this screen flat? I think not, I suggest you measure voltage + B should be decreased, the diagram says it should be 115v, but these diagrams are not accurate since they were periodically modified. I think your problem is filtering. As for the above lines that are also filters but an image would help clarify doubts. check or change filters of the vertical section, including c309 that filters the 24v that come from the Flyback and feed the vertical

If not, then raise the diode that rectifies that voltage (D301, which is in the picture) and turn on the TV and measure on your cathode to see if they are 24v ..
