The tv turns on normal.
These are the voltages.
Gnd = 0
Video = 2.3 vlts
NC4 = 3.5 vlts
SIF = 2.4 vlts
NC3 = 0
SDA = 3.3 vlts
SCL = 3.3 volts
AGC = 3.3 vlts, I think it is not correct.
B = 5.0 volts
The other two are NC.
The TV does not tune channels but cn DVD if the image looks good. Please help

reading a little I saw that tuner IS 12 pin and more or less carries these tensions.
PIN1 15.27V, PIN2 15.27V, PIN3 0.00V, PIN4 O, OOV, PIN5 3.49V, PIN6 3.49V, PIN7 0.0V, PIN8 0.0V, PIN9 0.0V, PIN10 O, O9V, PIN11 0,0V, PIN12 0,01V
