according to diagram and chassis mc-059c the synchronization pulses hor .. leave the pin10 of the fli-bak ... apart the pulses of the afc cannot be measured with the voltmeter ... an oscilloscope is needed .... you need to measure the D403-1n4148 ... and see if it is not leaking ... the diodes have to be measured directly and in reverse to see if there are any leaks and is cutting the pulses hor q. I should get to pin44 of the LC501 ... apart according to the photos the width modulator is not working ... W / E ... or the LC401 ... check that area ...
