Good afternoon colleagues, I got a PANASONIC TC-L37S1X LCD with the following problem:
The TV turns on, but does not give video, only audio, the backlight lamps remain on; the screen looks dark gray for the lamps on, when I press the menu button or change channels or input it does not show the OSD, so I don't know what input it is. According to what I have read on the network the problem may be in the T-CON card of which I attached image with the points where I took measurements enclosed in yellow (MDK 336V-ON), the input fuse was open (blue box of course), I made a bridge and these are the voltages I took on the card with an external source of 12 volts:
VDC = 12V
VOFF1 = -13 negative voltage
VOFF2 = -5.8 negative voltage
VON = 30 V
AVDD = 13.19 V
SDA = 3,066 V
SCL = 3.066 V
RX = 2,284 V
TX = 3.146 V
VSYNC = 2.3 V

Good afternoon colleague, this LCD was returned to the customer since the T-CON was damaged and I did not get it and the information or diagram of this card to try to repair it did not succeed either. Anyway, thank you very much for the valuable contributions and even a next opportunity.
