Tv lcd lg does not recognize the INPUT "ANTENA"

For the other INPUT it works fine ..... but when choosing antenna a dialog box appears on the screen that says that no channel is found or connect antenna .... I connect the antenna but it remains the same ... use double tuning CABLE ANTENNA .. I ENTER THE MENU AND DOES NOT LET ME SELECT CHANNELS ... IN ADDITION OR EVEN ENTER THE ANTENNA MODE ... SOMEONE Q HELP ME PLEASE
