Grasias companions already solved my failure to enter the service menu is from the remote control with the TV on press the menu key 1147 and ready then I accessed panel setting then gave me the mirror option and I could turn the image and repair the image that had a very white tone in the same option of panel setting then it enters color bits it was in 8 I passed it to 10 it looked worse I returned it to 6 and it was perfect companions
