Greetings. In this case, I have a fault like the one you describe, but it was from another brand and model. To solve it I had to take out the screen, and then turn it on with it removed and observe the behavior of the LEDs. And indeed it had a pair of LEDs that sometimes failed and that is why the intensity of the light went down. I suggest you check the LEDs. luck!
