If you do not have the separate Tcom card, you have it attached to the screen, you have to work there, look at the voltages but the most common is the surface integrated, it happened to me with a Samsung LCD I could get the integrated one and I solved it, it cost me to change it but with patience and flux I succeeded if you can send me a picture of the plate
