Good afternoon friends I have an AOC Model LE24H067 Led TV screen which does not turn on already revice to source and everything measures me well check the voltages of the ignition panel and the 3.5 volts appear to me and when I press the power button it is working well nor the power light it appears revice the other voltages which are present what I notice where they have to appear 24 volts 19.5 volts appear to me Thanks in advance for the help
