Hello Friends, I would like to know how to turn on a LED TV source without the main one, I have seen that a bridge is made with a resistor, then I leave the photo of the source so you can indicate how to make the bridge, thank you very much Cheers! https://ibb.co/bS2rNm https://ibb.co/e0jua6

Hello, test yourself by connecting the power cable of the mains and do you take voltage on the power strip with the output voltages? regards

at xp 804 from the st-by pin with a resistance of 1k to PWM or SW. there must be a stand-by voltage of 5 or 3.3v to turn on the source

Thank you very much for the help, I made the bridge with a resistance of 1k that you indicated between STB and PWM, then I took measurements and found where there should be 16v I found 17 and where there should be 12v I found 12.41v, well then it occurred to me to see that what happened if I took the measurements without the bridge and what confused me is that the voltages are still there even if the bridge, another thing I notice is that the capacitors do not discharge. what am I doing wrong? Thanks a lot!

It is normal, since there is no consumption, the capacitors are charged. The test is to know if the source delivers all the tensions.

Thank you very much Victor, to rule out that the source is in poor condition that another measure should take?

If the source delivers the voltages that appear on the output connector, it is because it is OK, nothing needs to be done.

If delivery delivers what the output connector indicates, but the TV does even have a standby light, do you think the problem is in the main? What do you advise? Thanks a lot for your time greetings!

and yes, you have to check the main board if you receive micro and eeprom the tensions of the source, especially that of st-by
