Good morning.! I come to you to help me with this Haier Leader brand TV model L39F6 which only turns on the stand-by LED, the card is model TP.VST59S.PB813 the which includes source and inverter and main (all in one). I could measure 170v in the main capacitor, 11.9v in the occasional capacitor and 5v present ... I have been told that it could be the UF11 IC (where the SMD card says on the card), its nomenclature is AH1413 25Q32BSIG E5A511 (this IC in power? Or an eeprom memory? Has to do with the power on the TV?) That was something that I was told, but I don't know what the fault will be so I don't turn on the TV, I attach photos; In case this IC is the fault, by which other can I replace it? since here in my country you don't get that by nomenclature ... What other tests can I do? I have a digital multimeter, capacimeter and recently I was given a slightly old analog oscilloscope Philips PM3209 (I haven't used this oscilloscope for the first time yet because I don't know how to use it)

good morning brother, see if you have 160volt in the filter, then backward everything is fine, that is the AC input, the diode quartet, the rest of the occluders to the filter itself. You need to measure if there is etand by, you can do it by measuring in the EPROM for 8, the same one that you had doubts about what it is. If there is no 5volt then you must continue at the source, check the mosfet and the oscillator, and then measure the cathodes of the diodes after the ferrite transformer voltages, if everything is ok, if you can think of the damaged EPROM. You must reprogram it with the firmware or change the chip.

Hello greetings and good afternoon friend as for the oscilloscope you send me a photo by email, and I can help you work with it without problems, as for the TV Haier I will tell you that if the source starts is to say you measure the line voltage 110v ac what multiply by 1414 it subtracts the 2.4 vol from the diode qualifiers, the voltage that this gives you is the voltage of the filter that is at the input of the source, if you have all the voltages that you should give at the exit of the chips connection or at the terminals of the transformer, this means that the source is fine so far ok, the tablet you specify is an eprom 25Q32 memory, check the ul41 this regulator may be giving problems in its output due to having the configuration of 1.8 at 3.3 volts, check the 5vol at the entrance of the eprom, if the eprom has problems, it is the logical thing that the TV does not sound since this is the micro-assisted servo to change the eprom you have to look for an equal of the same number since the micro works for the inputs, and the bit width of this eprom, and I don't know if by default the micro only recognizes this one, try one in an empty state to see if the micro writes it with the firmaware, the other is to look for one and to test it with the TV's firmware and this after searching on the internet, or looking for one that is working and reading it to download the fixed software, this is if it lets you access the ayq eu the manufacturers protect their programming well if you have any questions write me to the email cl8yva@frcuba.cu and I will be helping you in any way I can without problems greetings Yosiel Vera de cuba 73 cordial

Rafael thanks for answering, well in the UL41 I have 3.26vy in the eprom on one of its legs 3.20v no 5v ... what else could I check?

change the eprom look for the technical sheet of this and compare it with one that is similar remember one thing when you make the change you have to adjust the TV to factory setting, so that the micro can master it, write it with the firmware, it is ok voltages, this is what should be in the regulator, this according to the configuration varies the voltage, but okay, change the eprom, check if you can the frequency of the quartz that has next to the micro I hope you solve the problem with the tv Anything you write me an email Regards

good afternoon Rafael.! a query, on these televisions is it likely that the microprocessor writes the programming by placing an empty 25q32?

HOLE, HEAR AT THE END THAT IS THE SAME PLATE USED BY RCA EDE 40P, PHILCO, KONKA AND OTHER MODELS, ONLY CHANGES THE FIRMWARE, SO IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER PLATE OF THOSE TV THROUGH THEM WITHOUT PROBLEMS ... ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE FOR YOU TO RESOLVE FAST

send it to me to have it please, I still have to buy the programmer of these memories, if the TV brings a 25q32bvsig winbond can serve without problems placing a true 25q64 ?, my email is: neomatrix92@hotmail.com I have been looking for information and I saw that there are several versions for that TV model L39F6 and that if you place the programming that is not correct the screen can be flipped and that ...

And that 25q32 EEPROM memory with which other memory model can be replaced?

the solution was to replace the flash memory with another one already programmed (I had to go to a place where they do it) and ready
