Good, the TV is a 39 "LED DWLED 39FHD model does not work the HDMI inputs. The first thing I did was measure the source voltages and they are fine, then I placed a dvd in the audio and video input and it works perfectly, the antenna and ctv input also works.I would like to know if there is any configuration that can be done type service mode or what remains is to change the board, since when I checked I did not see cold welds.

Good day, I talked with the client to know what input he is using and he answers that catv's so in that case there would be no problem.
I placed a digital tv antenna and it works perfectly. After a while the screen turns off but the sound still works. I measured all the operating source voltages, now I have to wait for the fault to occur again and compare the voltages.
