Hello colleagues good afternoon! I have a problem with a LCD-32XF8T SANYO said TV came with the problem that does not turn on and without stamdby, checking well I found a resistor R661 busted and I can not know its value. It is above the C613! Someone has the courage the resistance would be very helpful .. thank you very much everyone ..

They do not heat any of the 2 !! Not being insulated, the ones I put on, I didn't put them with screws xq they go to ground and it gets short ... I separated them with mica and white grease

Use nipples to insulate the screws. They must be securely attached to the heatsink.
