Friends, I have a challenger tv which has backlight problems and I have already tested the LEDs and they are ok, and when giving power it is observed that the positive cable of the backlight appears 45v (measuring between earth and the red cable) but it starts to drop that voltage and it's 15v

Although you. Do not believe it, bad LEDs. Turn on all LEDs with a tester and measure led by LED, any variation in the voltage of each one, change it and solve your problem. Greetings
