LG 47LB5800 flashes

Hi. Last Saturday, the TV suddenly started to flash, I read here that it could be the backlight LEDs and I dismantled it and found two damaged LEDs with different strips, although from the same set. I have already ordered the strips and when they arrive I will change them. What bothers me is the following: Having blinked the tester I could not measure the output voltages to the LEDs, but disconnecting and measuring I saw that one of the outputs (+ and -) took 170V and another 140V. Is it normal for there to be so much difference? Also say that the set where the broken LEDs are is 170. Can the problem come from there? The pcb that draws the power is this: EAX65423801 (2.1) Rev2.0 Thanks in advance.

hello, it is normal that in the circuit that is open the tension is triggered, when you put the strips I suggest that you take some resistance to limit the current of the source so that they do not burn again, if you want I indicate which

I had thought about putting energy savings at medium level, is that supposed to lower the voltage of the LEDs, right?
What do you mean by taking some resistance?

that is also good but some user can upload it again, before that, now I modify the source, the lg have some resistance in parallel that go to the mass of the mosfet that controls the mass of the LEDs, in the led connections - they know how to be a set of resistors in parallel, I take one, anyway the energy saving mode works, at least it is fine, in the middle it looks dark, but also lower the backlight item to an acceptable brightness, luck
